Bishwajit Kumar Paul is a seasoned social entrepreneur with over 18 years of cross-sectoral experience in youth employment, entrepreneurship, and inclusive business strategies. As the leader of Job Booster Bangladesh, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between economic opportunity and underserved talent. He specializes in designing sustainable and scalable job creation models and fostering impactful public-private partnerships across Bangladesh.

His expertise has been developed through serving with major agencies and corporations, including the Amentum-USAID Activity, CARE Bangladesh, Swedish-SIDA and several renowned corporate in Bangladesh. He has experienced in women entrepreneurship and also working with rural marginalized groups implementing corporate partnership CSR projects.

He brings deep local insights, strong networks, and practical experience from implementing successful programs across rural and urban Bangladesh. His work is rooted in a passion for inclusive growth and a belief that meaningful employment is the cornerstone of sustainable development.
